Why team building? The purpose of the Irons Oaks Teams course is to enhance personal confidence and self-esteem, build trust and support, encourage effective communication and develop teamwork skills that carry over into day-to-day living and working environments.
The Irons Oaks Team Building Course is made up of a variety of low-to-the-ground activities and obstacles. Situated throughout 38 acres of beautiful old growth Oak trees, we provide a fantastic place to get outside and have fun with friends, co-workers and acquaintances. An Irons Oaks’ Facilitator will lead you through a customized program of 4 or 8 hours as you build on team successes as well as process, grow and learn from your experiences.
